Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Your legal rights: When you buy from us online you are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy sets out how to exercise those rights and what to expect from us.

1. Changing Your Mind

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to notify us

Please contact us by email or phone before sending anything back. This starts your return and ensures we can process it promptly.

Returning the goods

  • Please ensure goods are securely packaged for return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Your refund

  • What you’ll receive: The full price you paid for the goods, plus the standard delivery charge you paid when ordering.
  • Condition: If we find the goods show signs of use beyond what was reasonably needed to inspect them, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. We will always explain any deduction.
  • Timing: We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

2. Returns Outside the 14-Day Cancellation Window

After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, you no longer have an automatic right to return goods that are not faulty. We may, at our discretion, accept a return in these circumstances, subject to the following:

  • Condition: Goods must be returned in a saleable, unused condition.
  • Restocking charge: A charge of 10% of the original purchase price applies.
  • Refund: You will receive 90% of the original purchase price. Delivery charges are not refunded.
  • Return postage: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • Timing: Any refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

Please contact us before sending goods back so we can confirm whether a return can be accepted.

3. Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods are faulty or not as described, you have the following rights:

Within 30 days of delivery

You are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us with photographic evidence of the issue and we will arrange the return.

After 30 days

You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, or fails, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Warranty claims

If you believe a product has developed a fault covered by its manufacturer warranty, please return it to our technical assessment centre:

  • Our technicians will assess the goods and contact you with their findings.
  • If the warranty claim is upheld, we will repair or replace your goods and return them to you free of charge.
  • If the warranty claim is not upheld, we will provide you with a written explanation and photographic evidence, together with a quotation for repair or replacement.
  • If you decide not to proceed with a repair or replacement, a standard carriage charge will apply to return your goods. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect them in person at no charge.
