Returns

Return Shipping: 

All returns must be shipped back to us at the consumer's expense, unless the return is due to a warranty claim.

Condition of Returned Items: 

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in saleable condition. This means:

The product is undamaged and unused

All original packaging is intact and undamaged

All accessories, instructions, and documentation are included

Packaging Requirements:

Products must be returned in their original packaging

If the original packaging is no longer available, the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Documentation:

All original manuals, warranty cards, and other documentation must be included with the return

Warranty Returns:

Items being returned under warranty may be exempt from some of these conditions

Warranty returns will be inspected upon receipt by our engineers to verify the claim

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund

If the return meets all conditions, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless defective

Time Limit:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original date of receipt unless it is a warranty claim.

Return Authorisation:

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
