Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item(s), we are unable to offer a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer, the posting of refunds can take time
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@ridgidtoolshop.co.uk and send your item to the address below.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
