The RIDGID 345DL 45° SAE Double Flaring Tool, SKU 23337, is designed for producing 45 degree single and double flares in soft copper, brass, aluminium and mild steel tubing.
A hardened smooth cone supports fast, consistent flare formation with controlled metal flow during operation, while the single clamp screw design allows tubing to be clamped and removed quickly. The RIDGID 345DL is recommended for softer tubing materials where clean, repeatable flares are required.
*All flaring tools are recommended for soft materials such as aluminium and soft copper. Model 454W, Model 455 and Model 375 will also flare steel, stainless steel, hard copper and brass. Model 458R, Model 458MM and Model 377 will flare steel, stainless steel, hard copper, and brass thru wall thickness of .035″ (0,9 mm) inches.
